What the heck is a variant cover?

Basically, there are two types of comic fans — the casual reader and the collector. And while there is nothing wrong with being a "reader" of comics, there is also nothing wrong with being a "collector." Collecting comics is fun, you can go buy rare back issues of different series that are in varying condition. You can buy, sell or trade these comics with your friends. And you can also collect rare covers that are called "variants." The DECISION 2012 line carries not only a standard cover but also a 1-in-10 Superhero variant cover. Ask your local comic shop retailer how you can get a rare Superhero variant of your favorite candidate!
